The best realtor in Florida! I couldn’t have found a better realtor for the purchase of my home in Florida. I met Philip at an open house and when I found another house for sale in the same neighborhood I called him with a request for photos of the house because they weren’t online yet. He went to the house a few hours later and toured the inside and out with photos and video. After I went back home out of state I had to really ask for a lot of help and advice when I wanted to make an offer. He was super helpful in getting me through the offer process. There were eight offers total and I got the house! He was so nice every step of the way and stayed in contact with me all the time. Buying a home is very stressful and he really eased my concerns.
